I created project with "1080p 25 fps Profile", then I added video file (30fps) and audio track, then I made a lot of changes (split, effects etc)... after all changes I decided to render at 30 fps, but when I tried to change profile to "1080p 30 fps" I got a problems with audio and video. Sound and video plays wrong near all parts connections (rewind back).

My question: How to correctly change fps in my project?

Hum, unfortunately we've recently seen that project fps change was far from perfect
Either you stick to your original setting, or be prepared to fix many things manually (then please report us what was properly converted, what not).

Hmm, did you keep your 25 fps version of the project, or have a backup in the project/.backup folder?

I think I had something like this happen before and had good results by generating a script and removing the bit that specifies the framerate.
