i found a video on youtube with a "glow" effect in it.
Is it possible to remove that effect from that downloaded video. |

Apparently the effect is being used to trick YouTube's automatic copyrighted video material recognizer. I'm surprised it's not getting caught via the audio.
Anyways, you can eliminate such a static glow or lens flare effect by taking a screenshot of the first frame (which at least in this case has black background), layering it on top of the film and using a difference or grain extract transition. However this will remove a lot of the films' color spectrum. Might be still more enjoyable than the lens flare version though. |

It is getting caught in Canada. But in Australia they let it through. Quite strange. My advice to andreverbiesten - rent the bloody DVD ! Is it it worth the pain of undoing this glow effect to get a poor quality copy of this movie ?
