Hi , anybody got the video effects disappear from the menu in Kdenlive 0.9.6 ?

I'm using Ubuntu Studio 14.04 with KDE version 4.13.3 and trying to clip few videos and probably fix some bad shots with a visually common effect but as soon i choose any FUN video effect the options in the 'fun' section just disappear, except for the vignette it may means something.

Tried a new install of frei0r-plugins but the the result was one-time only and the effects went missing again.
