Timeline selector does not work anymore....

So everything worked fine but now I cannot move the seeker on timeline, the selector or how it is called. It is stuck at the end of any project and I cannot move it, basically making Kdenlive unusable - https://youtu.be/MRUK54yRhnY
I am using Kdenlive version 16.04.2 and Ubuntu 16.04 |

-> Save your project, stop Kdelive, wait, start Kdenlive.

Tried it, does not work... I even restarted the laptop several times, removed the config files from kdenlive and reinstall it again and I still get this issue. |
