Alpha Manipulation Missing.

For some reason, the Blue Screen option is missing from my Alpha Manipulation.
I am on the latest version, 16.04.2.

Can anyone help?

We had been advised to rename it to "Chroma Key", the more generic and usual name for newcomers.
Sorry to change your habits :\
