So I can't move (not sure the correct name for that) and it's quite hard edit videos without to chance move that. Hope you understand what I mean here and could help me out. Couple days ago I was able to move that. Not anymore, is there some kind of setting what I have edited accidently?

I understand perfectly.I have two questions.
1- What program are you using to edit a video?
2- what version of Kde do you have?

yo can try changing the video editor program or may be you can reinstall the editor if you say that the program was working fine before you touch the configuration.
Reinstall with:
sudo aptitude -purge <video_editor> (to delete configuration)
sudo aptitude -install <video_editor>
