Hello,
I have just installed 16.08.1 from sources and I have no video input in monitors. How can I change the video output (X11, OpenGL, ...), I don't find it in settings ? |

Salut Olivier!
What was the previous version you where using? The monitors have been ported to GLSL exclusively since we started to use QML in the UI, I believe in 15.08. Maybe you are missing a module in MLT, or have a display driver problem. But then I would expect a warning a message... or a crash! Any more information? Note as you are building yourself: JB has recently pushed some bugfixes to frei0r & MLT git repositories, for best stability I would recommend to use these git codes rather that latest releases... |

Salut Vincent I built the last git version of frei0r & MLT, but it's the same, no video output, kdenlive doesn't crash and I don't see strange message in the shell. So I decide to rebuilt the last version of kdenlive (16.04.0) which worked for me with exactly the same libraries, and it works ! I suppose that there's a difference between the 16.04.0 an the 16.08.1 which is at the origin of the problem. |

Hello
I had an idea why I had such problem, I used Mageia 5 with unmaintained and buggy packages of KF5, I recently change to Mageia 6 Cauldron and everything works fine ! As you can see with the last video edited by my daughter with kdenlive 16.08.2 https://youtu.be/l-c3HQ8iVl4 |
