Where's the ripple delete feature?
Kdenlive had this extremely useful feature on a previous version but I can’t find it on recent releases…
Was it (completely) removed?

It uses In and Out points and when you hit SHIFT + X or Timeline->All clips->Ripple Delete (Timeline->Removal->Extract Timeline Zone in newer versions) it deletes all in the area, including empty space. This is nice but setting In/Out points takes time.

It was there, yes, but it does not work on 16.08.03 or the AppImage versions.

I think I'm doing it right... There is no Timeline > All clips option.

SHIFT + X or CTRL + X also do nothing
This action just deletes all the assets on the in/out points section
What I mean by Ripple Delete is removing empty spaces between multiple clips and joining these clips/snap them together without deleting the actual clips, just the empty spaces between them.

You're right, it's in Timeline->Removal->Extract Timeline Zone now.

I actually edited that tutorial using the Shift+X method, I got a taste for it... Click, Alt+Left, I, Alt+Right, Click, Shift+X, Click, Alt-Left ....

A ripple delete feature like in Shotcut or Premiere Pro would be splendid though of course.
