I have been a Kdenlive user (and documentation writer and part time [tiny time] developer) for a while. But for the last year or so my interests have shifted else where and I had not been doing much video editing.
Back in the day - whilst Kdenlive was a great bit of software - it had stability issues with lots of crashes. But over the last week or so I have come back to doing some video editing. And much to my delight I am finding version 16.12 to be very stable. Have you guys really ironed out the instability bugs or have I just got lucky? And wow. I come back to the forums to see that a windows port has been done. I windows port. That is so HUGE. Lets make Kdenlive great again. It is going to be great. |

Yes, I have just upgraded to 16.12.1 and wow, the stability AND the UI is so impressive. And a Windows version too. Congratulations to all concerned.
