I worked with an Avid system some years back and really liked the option to export a QT reference file along with a de-muxed aiff audio file. Great for using third party audio editors to work on the audio before muxing back via a transcoder. Saves HDD space as well by avoiding duplication of big files.

Any plans to introduce a similar option in Kdenlive?
