About increasing font size on top/title bar

Please advise how to increase the font size on the title/top bar Where can I find Appearance

Hello,
Go to System Settings > Fonts > Window Title (change font size by pressing "Choose"). There also you can change font sizes for various places of KDE Apps.

Hi,

I'm running Version 15.12.3 on Ubuntu 16.04 unity desktop.

There is no such as item "System Settings" only "Settings" on top menu bar. But no "Fonts" item is found under it.
