Hi guys

I'm new to this community, this is my first post
I am currently using Kdenlive 16.12.2 on Peppermint 7, my problem is I can't get the effects stack/properties box to show up , I can add effects such as rotate etc by dragging them into a clip or right clicking on the clip and selecting from there but I have no means of configuring the effect or even removing it if I decide I don't want it any more. It could be I'm misunderstanding something but I've been at this for ages and I can't figure it out.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated
