Is it possible to draw simple things directly in kdenlive?

I have video showing differences in video quality, side by side, and drawing line between them would be handy.
(would be used here: https://youtu.be/5u3t6hiaEPI ). This case is simple, drawing does not need to be even keyframeable.

Another, I have camera which is showing direct sun having black point in the middle, for example here:

So here need would for keyframeable drawing.

Suggestions how to handle them?
