Hello and thank you in advance for any help you can offer me.
I'm new to Kdenlive, and so far am loving the software. I sort of stumbled onto a problem and am not sure what the problem is.

I've been working on some footage that's 1920x1080.
I added a color clip to my project bin.
When I drag the color clip to a video track it's really small with no obvious way to me for resizing it.

Why is it so small? Why isn't the project resolution?
It would be great if it just acted like a regular clip but just a color so I can scale and move it to where I'd like it to be.
What I was trying to do is create a border around an overlay clip. I resized my overlay clip and positioned it. Thought I could do the same with a color clip.
If anyone has any other suggestions on how I can create a border around a smaller overlay clip, I'd be happy to learn.
