I want to change the Timeline to use side scrolling instead of default up down scrolling to go through the timeline?

I hope that makes sense it was hard for me to explain this well.

I have got a Logitech MX Master mouse works fine under linux for most buttons and scrolls on other applications (browsers).

This is also an issue on pretty much any laptop (i.e. with a touch pad). The current behaviour isn't natural in that scenario.
