Port Win10 project to Ubuntu?

How do I port a Win10 project, not just the component clips, to Ubuntu (or any KDE-capable Linux)? I assume the links in the project file(s) will be meaningless. Is there a way to edit the pathways to the Linux sub-directory and file organization?
When you're dead, you don't know it, and it's a problem for everybody else. It's like being stupid...
