Hi,
I'm not much experienced in video making neither the correct terminology for what I'm looking for.
Which makes it hard for me to find the fitting toutorial, or even software.
While I have been using kdenlive for something like a documentary I have done before I would like to continue to use it. But I'm not shure if it's fitting my needs.

Basicly I would like to make videos in a simliar style then the one linked here: https://social.tchncs.de/@paulfree14/4606288

Anyone can give me some advice? I don't really know how to start. Is it even possible with kdenlive?
Or would I better choose for this case another software? If yes, which one could you advice?

Yes, with Kdenlive you can create a variety of titles and effects. Basically text [titles] are created as an image. Then you can apply (keyframe) effects to the title image(s) and blend (composite) them with your videos. You're only limited by your imagination.

Here are a couple of videos that may help you get started with making titles and working with them:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQMZEfqVUrc <-- Kdenlive "Fun with Titles"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiF-Wrkp9to <-- Kdenlive "How to animate Titles clips or Text"

Edited to add: Make sure to check out some of the other videos on Youtube regarding Kdenlive.
