Hey all,

New to Kdenlive. Trying to use Kdenlive 17.04.3 on windows 10. I was trying to use it to create a slideshow but i'm encountering a bug, which I found described here:

The bug shows unconfirmed and no updates since January.

I have two questions.
Is there anything I can do to contribute to helping get this fixed, adding additional information needed to the bug or commenting to get it more attention?
Is there another way to add an image to a project/video?

You can simply choose 'Add Clip' and add the image. Images become clips. By default, an image is created as a 5 second clip. You can easily change this to anything you'd like, though.
