Audio dubbing how to

Mon Nov 20, 2017 9:15 am
I have tried to figure out with mic by reading... Not very successfully. Anyone made a youtube video describing the process?
By the way, my kdenlive menues are in Swedish but that should not be the main problem.
Mic input or usb either would be helpful.

afaik this is not possible in kdenlive. one way to do it would be in ardour which is capable to show the video in sync with kdenlive. or record the audio in audacity while playing the video with vlc and then sync it later in kdenlive. but dubbing is not an easy task, so i would do it in ardour...

Thank you. I found some old notes about reording during editing, that is why I posted the question, but never mind.
I stay with audacity for "dubbing" while doing the editing.
Thank you for the answer.

Eh... I just checked up Ardour...
Looks like a great tool.
Will test it asap
Thanks!
