I'm unable to make dissolve transition between clips with speed increased to 125%. UI shows same yellow transition tabs as usual, but rendering reveals hard cut.
Transition between "normal" speed and 125% works fine both ways.
Am I doing something wrong?

i can't understand the issue... how do you change this 125% value? (are you using an obsolete version of Kdenlive?)
usually when using dissolve (that has no sliders...) i overlap on 2 different video track the 2 videos... and the duration of "dissolve" is the value on millisecs (or secs) or frames... of the overlapped area... if i need a "dissolve" effect with duration of 1 second... i need to overlap the 2 videos by 1 second.

The speed effect works best if first applied to a clip and then other effects/transitions being added. If you change the value of the speed effect renew other effects. That is how I work around several problems with the speed effect.
