Hello.

After I start new project and load clips, when i try to play them I am getting choppy or repeating sound, 0,2 fps to none of the video. Can't do anything. Probably the problem is with clips encoded with x (or h) 264. SMplayer behaves exactly the same. Other players (including Windows Media Player) play those clips without problems. There is no video driver option in the settings/playback...

I am on the Windows 10, Pentium 2020M, 8GB RAM. Some time ago I ran Knoppix with KDEnlive on the same machine and everything was perfect.

EDIT: some files were 60fps gopro files, but others are low res, plain files. Transcoding doesn't help as well.

I solved this problem:
I changed the number of thread processor.
*Settings -> Kdenlive Settings -> ambience -> thread processor
Change it to the maximum possible.

note: this a experimental feature

*my Kdenlive is setup to portuguese, maybe yours look different

Peace
