I'm running the latest version of Kdenlive (17.12.0) on Linux Mint using the AppImage and whenever I go to Settings>Download New Wipes or Download New Render Profiles or Download New Titles Templates, I get this error:

Configuration file is invalid: "kdenlive_wipes.knsrc" (For New Wipes)

Configuration file is invalid: "kdenlive_renderprofiles.knsrc" (For Render Profiles)

Configuration file is invalid: "kdenlive_titles.knsrc" (For Titles)

Any help would be appreciated.

You will also find Themes to be very limited. You can live with the limitations. The extra items aren't compelling to me. The only thing I miss now that I have a KDE DE is the extra Page Turn effect, which I downloaded - and still can't find on my install.
