Seeing that there are now kdenlive 18.04 stable appimages, I downloaded it to see what was new.
And to my surprise, absolutely nothing was new!! According to this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imSB0wVcDoM), the **** keyframing used for blur and rotate had gone, but in my version they hadn't gone!! So I tried downloading the beta candidate. I tried beta 3, beta 4, and even kdenlive 18.08 beta 1. But nothing worked except the rc candidate, which has no changes. Every time I tried to run one of the beta kdenlive images I got this error:

at the time I was testing kdelive 17.8.3, the options that are dragged from the window, especially the transitions, often give error, they work instead by clicking with the right button and add the options; have these options been improved in 17.8.4?

Is there a actual changeset? Because the kde website clearly doesn't cover all the changes
