I'd like to use a strobe effect (not just at the moment :) ), and I see that there used to be one in speed effect, but not anymore (as of 18.4.1),
and I see all the "misc effects", of which I don't understand all... especially by their title...
so, I thought it'd be the best to ask about it, to see what the situation is with a possible strobe effect :)
