Hello, i have a serious problem that needs fixing, I have Kdenlive 18.8.2 installed and when i try to import a clip and play it kdenlive will say that the preview could not be created and goes unresponsive and quits, any fixes for this?

and under Linux: https://community.kde.org/Kdenlive/Configuration -> delete the kdenliverc file
