Hello together,
I've cut a video from different cameras, some recorded in progressive, another in interlaced format. In the rendered video when the scene changes from the progressive to the interlaced video, there motion freezes for a part of a second. The other way round everything is ok.
There's no difference between KDEnlive 18.08 and 18.12

Does anyone know a solution or a workaround?

I would suggest de-interlacing the interlaced video/clips first: viewtopic.php?f=270&t=138646 . And then work with progressive material only.
