I managed to drag my project monitor out onto a seperate window rather than have it living in the same place as the clip monitor in a tabbed window.
And for the life of me I could not figure out how to get it back to where I wanted it. Note how the windows around the monitors have no decorations. As a last resort I deleted ~/.config/kdenliverc And this fixed it. Once it was fixed I was again able to drag the window out again to have a seperate clip and project monitors. But this time the windows were decorated with close and resize buttons and with window titles. And I was able drag these windows and drop one on to the other and get the tabbed version of the monitors back. So there was some weird bug that I don't know how to reproduce. I am just posting this here for information on how to recover from the situation. |
