So now that February is over, i dont see the new version thats suppose to come out since then, but where is it?

Newest version of what? You should be a bit more precise in your question.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Now I just wildly guess you are talking about Kdenlive, don't you? You asked your question in the general KDE forum, moving this discussion to the correct subforum.
FWIW: In my region February is still going strong, I don't know where you are, but maybe you are a bit in a hurry?

I do apologise dearly, i am not in a rush at all, i was only wondering what happened to Kdenlive 18.12.2, has it gotten delayed or did something go wrong?
