I was wondering if there could be a PortableApp version of Kdenlive for Windows?

There is a portable version of VLC that Kdenlive uses for the project monitor and playback, so that will be available already.

The resulting Kdenlive Portable would be uploaded to the Repository at: https://portableapps.com/
