I've found there's Vamp plug-in fro aligning audio tracks together. There's an information that Sonic Visualiser can align audio tracks together by using this.

Maybe it could be used to automatically sync multicam video using the audio tracks?

It sounds similar to the function that is already implemented in Kdenlive (Set Audio Reference/ Align Audio).
Or do you mean something else ?
