FEATURE REQ- Edit Clip duration option on right click a clip

Hi

Please add this small feature.
On right click a clip, the context menu should have "Edit Clip Duration" option.

Double clicking does not work, when the clip has effects.
Then you have to use Top Menu Timeline > Current Clip which is tedious.

Right click context menu will be very convenient and its intuitive also.

In 19.04.0 implemented already.
