I'm making a movie that requires 4 separate AV tracks (mixed audio-video) and I would like to have the audio and video tracks in this order:
... V4 A4 V3 A3 V2 A2 V1 A1 .... Now, If I choose "Split Audio Tracks" which seems to be the default in Kdenlive when working with Audio Video tracks, I get V1 and A1 side by side and then all the other tracks increase out from the centre tracks, like so: ... V3 V2 V1 A1 A2 A3 ... This makes it confusing for me because now A3 and V3 are a huge distance apart and it gets worse with V4/A4 and V5/A5. I thought by choosing "Mixed Audio Tracks" I would have my solution. However now the order of the AV tracks seems completely random!! For instance, I have: .... A4 A3 V4 A2 V3 ... And so on. This is completely unusable due to the randomness and the impossibility for me to order each track in the way that most makes sense to me. I also cannot seem to move tracks up or down to put the tracks in the custom order. Thank you for your help. |

i have also "requested" a button to reverse the audio tracks to make them "more closer" to relative video tracks...

Thank you for asking. Even creating a custom track order is not possible due to top audio track is A1 always.
It's not possible to make this order: V4 A4 V3 A3 You get V4 A1 V3 A2 I opened issue: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/issues/279 |
