How do I enable hardware acceleration RTX2080Ti under W10?

I tried to use the setup wizard in KDEnlive but it doesn't properly detect my graphics card.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC v1809.
i7 5820K
RTX 2080Ti Graphics card
Latest version of GeForce driver





Please advise on how to fix this problem.

Due to stability reason GPU acceleration is switched off. The developers working on an GPU integration. Kdenlive works with CPU only at the moment.
