Grafic card with hardware acceleration for Kdenlive

Hi,
can you recommend me please some checked grafic card, with hardware acceleration (h265), that properly works with Kdenlive 19.04 and Kubuntu 18.04 ?

Actually, the library is not well supported and it leads to crashes. This is the reason why in 19.04 GPU acceleration is switched off. The Dev’s thinking about a better GPU implementation.
