Is there a shortcut for zoom in maximum quickly?

Often I need to zoom in maximum to align or cut frame by frame, then zoom back out to previous view.
Are there shortcut keys for that?

Nope, there are not presets for zoom , the fastest way to zoom to frames is selecting the place to zoom and use CTRL + mouse wheel to go to the frame... but the zoom out procedure will move the project on timeline (moving the view) ... and it's necessary to center the editing point using mouse and mouse-wheel...
