I have just upgraded to Kdenlive Version 19.08.1 and started to have stuttering problems with my projects.

I already have proxy clips created, and had no stuttering problems with the previous version.

Updated project files format and even tried creating new proxy clips (with even resolutions below 640x320), with no avail.

I'm running KDEnlive under Windows 10 in a AMD A4-4000 APU with Radeon HD (yes, not that machine, but everything ran smoothly before upgrading).

EDIT: the monitor info shows less than 15 FPS!!!

EDIT2: have read the posts about updating drivers, and according with device manager, my drivers are up to date.
