bug kdenlive 19.08.1 "EMPTY_MESSAGE" in parameters effect

I have a problem with the new version in LINUX MINT. Many effects, especially misc effects, do not show the parameters, it says EMPTY_MESSAGE.

Any solution or should I go back to the oldest version?
