Where is ?

there is a major effects/compositions rewamp that will be done on 19.12 release (name changing and maybe the removal of not-working effects/transitions) , for now is possible to use the composite and transform for zoomed transition or Position and Zoom for zoom effect.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRbfXX_fpds
