Where did pitch shifter go?

AM Pitch Shifter, high quality pitch shifter and the third one (forgot exact name) were present in KDEnlive 18.08.3, but no longer in 19.08.2.

What happened?
Where did it go?

Do you mean Ladspa "AM pitchshifter" and Sox "Pitch". It seems they are black listed. Due they work in provious versions?

What does pitchshifter do? Does it shift the pitch without changed the speed?

Can somebody help us to find the answer? I really need this effect!
Any way to change pitch in kdenlive, any workaround would do.
