I have a sound problem

I have a sound problem, you can listen to all the videos I play, with that annoying background sound and I don't know how to solve it.
Can you please tell me how to fix it?

Here you have a link to my channel, in which I have recorded the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_C_Q8-kfrs

I tried KDE version 19.08.03 and 19.08.02 and it gives me the same problem.
I have Windows 10 Pro 64 bits. My pc has an AMD Ryzen 72700X with 16GB of RAM, my GPU is GTX 1070 and my motherboard is msi x470 gaming plus. I made the PC myself.

your audio chipset is Realtek ALC892 .... i suppose that drivers are taken from MSI support CD... can you try to uninstall realtek audio drivers.. and use the standard drivers provided by microsoft?

My audio chipset is Realtek ALC892. It is that if I uninstall the drivers of Realtek do not work the helmets in the PC, I will try to install an older version of realtek.
