Some problem with timeline on Windows 10

I have a trouble with Kdenlive on Windows 10. I installed the last version, 19.08 and I can't put the video I have on Kdenlive project area on time line. I drag the video to a timeline, but it doesn't load it. Someone knows what happens?

so.. you can place the CLIP on PROJECT BIN area?
