"Auto scene split" missing from Clib Jobs

I'm new to Kdenlive.
I want to use the "Automatic Scene Split" feature but I can't find "Auto scene split" from Clip Jobs.
What am I missing?

Kdenlive ver.20.03.70. (Linux)
