I tried to open a v18 project in v19.12 (Windows). The video is loaded in V1, but audio is loaded in V3 and I can't move the clip to another track at all.

there is not a v3 track... do you mean A3?
you can't move the track because is missing the V3 track... and the AUDIO/VIDEO of clips are GROUPED.

BTW.. i think that original V18 project has V1-A1 used... and not V1-A3. right?

you can fix the project using the WINDOWS KEY (press it and move the audio on any track)

P.S. just found a bug (using the windows key) opening an issue about that.

In v18 the video and audio only use one track. So I was expecting that it's loaded to V1-A1.
Thank you for the Windows key tip. It works for me (v19.12) I think the problem is the timing of the key combination because the start menu keeps on popping up. I don't think using the Windows key is a good idea.

yep already suggested to change the Windows-KEY because can't be use on Windows systems
