Hola, soy relativamente nuevo en ubuntu, desde hace unos meses ha editado mis videos con Kdenlive, y me ha funcionado perfectamente. Podía renderizar sin problema mis videos y quedaban cómo los quería.
Pero, no sé la razón, desde hace unos días, cuando edito un video, en el monitor de Kdenlive solo se reproduce el video y no el audio, también sucede lo mismo cuando renderizo un video, solo aparece la imagen y no el audio. Tampoco me aparecen los efectos de audio. La computadora que uso es una HP 24-g017la, con ubuntu 18.04. Cualquier otro programa me reproduce audio sin problema alguno.

He intentado desinstalando el programa y volviendo a instalarlo, pero no funciona ¿Qué puedo hacer? Gracias por su tiempo.

well.. this is the common answer.

Kdenlive is tested on latest distros and when there are issues with audio / recording / GUI ... there is no (a fast) way to test fixes on older version of OSs.
PS.. you have an i5 computer that is enough for any Linux distro... keep in mind to update OS.
