Why is the audio track red when adding a track?

For example, add a video track. But then only one audio track turns red. The entire timeline turns red.
It was not a truck lock. And all the added tracks will be red. Adding an av track also turns both video and audio red.
This can be an intense eye attack due to the contrast gap with the surroundings,
Above all, the problem is that I can not find how to unlock this or help. How can I prevent this red phenomenon from occurring?
