I'm running kdenlive 18.04 within opensuse Leap 15.1 and KDE Plasma 5.12.8. I also have installed kdenlive appImage 19.12. While I get thumnails on the timeline when zooming in with 18.04 I don't get it on 19.12. Is that a feature or have I missed some configuration item? Thanks for any hints!

For Kdenlive 19.04 and following versions make sure you have installed minimum Qt 5.11. Then it should work as expected.

On another partition with Alpha Leap 15.2, KDE Plasma 5.18 and QT5.12.7 I don't get the thumbnails when running kdenlive. appImage 19.12 at maximum zoom.
Leap 15.1 is running with Qt 5.9. So the problem remains.

Please test with AppImage 19.12.2c. The AppImage contains all library needed.

I'm sorry, I don't get it with kdenlive-19.12.2c-x86_64.appimage either. However, the 'About' is telling me it's version 19.12.2, without the 'c'. What I downloaded is considerable bigger than the other versions with 252.6 MByte. How do I attach screenshots?

I'm sorry, it still doesn't do it. I have tried versions 19.12.1c and 19.12.3 within Leap 15.2 Alpha and Leap 15.1. Neither choice produces thumbnails when zoomed in at maximum as does version 18.12.3 within Leap 15.1.
