Two screen setup

Tue Mar 10, 2020 1:36 pm
I'm using kdenlive on opensuse Leap 15.1 with two screens, the primary one being a laptop where the main window of kdenlive is supposed to be while the project window should be on the 'slave'screen. It works well with kdenlive 19.12.3AppImage. When I've read in the project data I just click on 'Switch monitor fullscreen' and the project window is on the 'slave' fullscreen.
It worked like that with kdenlive 18.12.3 yesterday as well. Yet today it doesn't as the fullscreen project window is opened on the primary screen, covering the main window. I'm not aware of having done anything to change the setup. What still works - but is a bit awkward - is dragging the project over to the slave and resizing it there to full screen by dragging the edges. I would like it to work like it does with version 19.12.3. Are there any suggestions about where I've done wrong?
