If I want to add a clip from my home directory (or videos or whatever other standard directory in my home-directory) and I press the "home"-directory, I get "baloosearch > videos" and no clips. I can only browse to the correct directory by first choosing "project directory" and then diving into the \home\MYHOMEDIRECTORY etcetera to the directory where my clips are located.

How can I solve this problem?

I'm running
  • Ubuntu 19.10
  • KDEnlive 19.12.3 in snap in my home-directory

If I run "baloosearch" Ubuntu doesn't recognize this command. Seems logical, as I've never installed Baloosearch.

This is a known bug: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/-/issues/148. Workaround: You have to navigate to this folder.
