Hi,
Just starting with KdenLive, come over from Openshot. Liking it here, a lot. Unfortunately I cannot get my head round all things linux for now, so working where I know in Windows. I have a NAS attached to the network and it has lots of space and thought it'd be a great place for all my videos. Not sure KdenLive agrees as I can't see the network drive. Should I keep everything local to speed up rendering etc, or is the network option worth exploring? I'd appreciate more experienced users input to help me get this right early on and save me headaches later. Many Thanks Allan |

Working with a network drive doesn't work at the moment. Use a local drive or a USB connected drive.

Thank you Merlimau,
I thought that, I'm adding by drag and dropping from the NAS then copying the Rendered video across. I don't have a huge space for Windows, as I was hoping to transfer over to Linux but the learning curve caught me out. |
