Hi, a few minutes of a 45 min clip are wiggly, so I want to use the vidstab-Job. How to extract these minutes as a separate clip? Or should I apply the job to the whole clip?

Mark this wiggly part in the clip monitor with in/out point. Right click in the clip monitor -> extract zone -> now you can stabilize the wiggly part in the project bin.
